Right to complain
Consumers may complain about a defect within 2 years of receiving the product. If a defect appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed when the product was delivered.
How to complain
Write to us at — with your order number, a description and, if possible, photos or a video. We reply within 15 days.
What is not a defect
Normal wear, damage from crashes and impacts, faults from incorrect use or maintenance, and consumable parts (e.g. propellers) are not product defects.
Manufacturer warranty
If a product has a manufacturer warranty, it applies in addition to the statutory right to complain.
