Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
How to withdraw
Write to us at — with your order number. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us. The buyer pays the return costs unless agreed otherwise.
Condition of the product
You may try the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that (e.g. the drone has been flown or damaged), we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Refunds
We refund the payment, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the account or card you paid with. We may wait until we have received the product or proof that it has been sent.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or assembled to the buyer’s specifications.
