What data we collect and why
- To fulfil orders: name, email, phone, delivery address or parcel locker, ordered products. Basis: contract.
- For accounting: invoice details. Basis: legal obligation (kept for 7 years).
- To answer your questions: contact form and custom order details. Basis: your request.
- Shop statistics: anonymous visit statistics without cookies or personal data.
Who we share data with
Only what is needed to fulfil the order: the payment provider (e.g. Montonio, Stripe), the courier (e.g. Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti), the email delivery service and the hosting provider. Data is not sold or used for advertising without your consent.
Retention
Order data is kept for 7 years because of accounting rules; other data only as long as needed.
Your rights
You may access and correct your data, ask for it to be deleted (unless the law requires keeping it) and object to processing. Write to —. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
